Ingredients
For the chicken
2 chicken breasts or thighs, boneless and skinless
2 tbsp Kun Taste Studio Aromatic Soy Sauce
For the Potatoes:
2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1cm thick rounds
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper
For the Pickled Cucumber:
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tbsp white vinegar
½ tsp sugar
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a bowl and pour the Aromatic Soy Sauce over it. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Let it marinate at room temperature for at least 15-20 minutes. No extra seasoning is needed—the sauce has it all!
Cook the Potatoes: While the chicken is marinating, cook the potatoes. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the potato slices in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Slice the Cucumber along the length of the cucumber, then Pickle the Cucumber: In a small bowl, stir together the white vinegar and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Add the thinly sliced cucumber and toss to combine. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to pickle.
Cook the Chicken: In the same pan you used for the potatoes, cook the marinated chicken over medium heat for 4-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness, until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 74°C (165°F).
Assemble and Serve: Slice the cooked chicken. Arrange the crispy potatoes, sliced chicken, and pickled cucumber on a plate. For an extra touch of flavor, drizzle a little more Aromatic Soy Sauce over the chicken before serving. Enjoy!

Don't Crowd the Pan: When cooking the potatoes and chicken, make sure they are in a single layer in the pan. This will ensure they get a nice, even browning.
